Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and packed before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

For most products, delivery is expected within 3–5 business days.

T-Shirts & Made-to-Order Products

Please note that our T-shirts are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, additional processing time is required before shipment.

As a result, T-shirts and other made-to-order products may take longer to arrive than our standard 3–5 business day delivery timeframe.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time of 3–5 business days is an estimate and may occasionally be affected by weekends, holidays, severe weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Made-to-order products require additional production time.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
